SUMMARY:Black Student Union Black Affair
DESCRIPTION:This year the Black Student Union has worked very hard to make this event more entertaining\, and a celebration of Black Excellence that has occurred within the BSU this year\, in the community\, and of course\, our 2018 graduates. We would love for you to participate in these cultural graduation ceremonies. BSU will give all participating graduates a kente stole to wear as a part of their graduation regalia. This event is open to our campus community\, and the community at large as well. Here are details of the event\, as we hope you spread the word and join us.\n\n \n\nWe will also be awarding the following people for displaying Black Excellence in three areas:\n\n \n\nDr. Nicole Robinson- AVP of Equity and Diversity\n\nExcellence in Administration\n\n \n\nRomeo Jackson - University of Utah Master's Student\n\nExcellence in Mentorship\n\n \n\nLex Scott- Black Lives Matter\n\nExcellence in Community Engagement \n\n \n\nDate: Friday\, April 20\, 2018\n\nTime: 7-10pm \n\nLocation: The Falls Event Center\n\n                   Trolley Square (South Building) \n\n                    580 S 600 E\, Salt Lake City\, UT 84102\n\n                    FREE parking on second floor \n\nDress: Semi-Formal\n\nRSVP: www.TINY.CC/BLACKAFFAIR\n\nCost: Graduates (free)\, students ($10)\, non-students ($15)\, departments/organizations can purchase tables at this banquet  seats 8-10 people ($500)
