Senior Office Support Specialist



The claims department at WCF has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as a Senior Office Support Specialist reporting to the Manager, Claims Technology. This position is a full-time, non-exempt position, based out of the Sandy, Utah Headquarters. This position is open to internal and external candidates.



The senior office support specialist provides support to WCF's Claims Operations teams, including the VP, PRG, & Intake. The person in this position also performs all administrative support functions for the department.



To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • Working knowledge of compliance rules & regulations in the WCF core states.
  • Working knowledge of Xanthos Claims or ability to learn computer system's quickly.
  • Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work an 8am to 5pm schedule.
  • An associate's degree or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Minimum Pay is $19.00/hour. May be more depending on experience.

An internal candidate should have six months in their current position. Candidates should have acceptable job performance and a good attendance record in their current position and must notify their current supervisor that they've applied for the position.
