SUMMARY OF POSITION:  The Human Resources Assistant will be willing, helpful and cooperative. This position requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work and attention to detail. The HR Assistant will be people-focused while being helpful and service oriented. The Human Recourses Assistant is responsible to perform a variety of general clerical and record keeping duties while handling confidential material and correspondence for the Human Resources department. Helps to support an effective and efficient Human Resources Department.

  • Knowledge of rules, procedures, or operations which apply to the Human Resources Department
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook and other software packages
  • Multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge in creating, developing and maintain a strong policy development.
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Associates Degree Preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or
  • 2-4 years’ prior experience in Human Resources, PHR or SHRM certification recognized
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred
Salary Range:          $16.25 - $18.42
