Who We’re Looking For – HR Generalist (Sales Division, Orem)

At Clearlink, our people are our strategy — and the Human Resources department strategically tackles the day-to-day management of personnel, communications, and policy administration.

So if you’re a people-person with phenomenal organizational and conflict-management skills, we want you to join our team.

As an HR Generalist, you will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, including the development of new employee orientations and company policies. You’ll also support larger HR initiatives, maintain records, and audit employee data to ensure accuracy.

Breaking Down Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide accurate and timely analysis, and subsequent communication, of employee-related issues
  • Administer company leave policies
  • Assist in maintaining Human Resources employee records
  • Contribute to the human strategy of operational goals, outcomes, and achievements
  • Update and approve employee status changes in Workday (HRIS)
  • Conduct employee orientations, onboarding, and assist with any questions.
  • Be a liaison for Facilities/Office Support teams and leadership
  • Own HR duties and accountabilities for the sales division
  • Respond to inquiries and questions regarding COVID-19
  • Proactively align with SLC team members to build consistent programs and processes across locations
  • Serve as point of contact for the building managers for various concerns or questions

What You Need

  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and all applicable federal and state laws
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time frames, and work with a certain level of ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead presentations for business partners
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Experience working within a HRIS (Workday preferred)
