Who We’re Looking For – Director of Product

As a Director of Product, you will be joining Clearlink to help craft the strategic direction of our products. This role provides an incredible chance to showcase end-to-end business leadership skills and drive a significant impact across a portfolio of projects. As the Director of Product, you will help to elevate our expertise and capabilities in the field of product management by defining processes, setting strategy, and mentoring product managers. This role is a highly visible position where you’ll need to become a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the V.P. of Product well as to senior leaders across a wide variety of subject areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Build positive relationships to facilitate collaboration across all divisions of Clearlink to build a united vision and strategy
  • Supervise, guide, and grow the Product Development team to ensure the team is achieving the vital timelines and objectives in alignment with organizational strategy
  • Own a compelling product vision and strategy fueled by innovation and creativity
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure alignment on product strategy and areas of investment
  • Clearly communicate the product strategy to the executive team exposing risks and tradeoffs
  • Define processes and establish product centric standard methodologies within the organization
  • Work closely with senior engineering and data science peers to plan and execute solutions and future architectural improvements
  • Be a lead evangelist in terms of features, benefits, value proposition, and key market differentiators to assist business development as needed
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Develop business cases for appropriate investment levels based on market demand, customer pain, and Clearlinks’ strategic goals
  • Create and supervise success metrics for all product launches, including monitoring and reporting on P&L impact in partnership with the Marketing Service, Sales, and Operations teams


  • 8+ years of product management, product ownership, and/or product growth experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience leading teams with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Experience working in digital marketing, ecommerce, and/or telesales
  • Passionate about diving into quantitative data analytics tools to find meaningful insights that lead to the formation of hypotheses
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices
  • Use analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle sophisticated situations, projects, and constantly evolving priorities
  • Proficiency manipulating raw data to gain insight, build reports, and make decisions
  • Experience managing or coordinating projects involving multiple resources and tight deadlines
  • Ability to craft and drive inspiring vision and strategy for our internal products – inspiring our engineering, design, and product teams to create industry-leading products
