Overview

We are a remote-first workforce because we care deeply about hiring the best talent and supporting the wellbeing of our people.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we leaned into the dual challenges of keeping our people safe and our business healthy. Shifting to work from home taught us how resilient, productive, and successful we are as remote workers.

Now we actively pursue remote hiring, onboarding, and employment. We are hiring remote positions in AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, MN, MO, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.

Who We’re Looking For - Paid Media Specialist (Remote)

If you are passionate about launching new initiatives, seeing the impact of your work, and collaborating with other hardworking and smart humans, then this opportunity is for you.

The Consumer Brands division within Clearlink helps millions of people find and compare the best product for their needs. We’ve experienced significant growth in recent years, and we’re adding a paid media authority to the mix. Contribute to over $20 million in media spend while working closely with our team of sharp PPCs, SEOs, designers, and marketing connoisseurs. We’re no agency. See the value of your work by growing industry-leading, in-house brands with measurable results.

The ideal candidate has dabbled in a variety of paid media channels such as paid search, social, native advertising, display, and video. We need a data-first individual who can think strategically to bridge the gap between business objectives and the media buying process.

At the core of everything we do is the desire to elevate the customer experience and build something worth talking about. We take our work—and our dreams—seriously, so if you think you’ve got the chops, we should meet.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze real-time performance data and optimize at a granular level
  • Build and optimize paid media campaigns in channels like display, social, native advertising, and video
  • Communicate trends and findings to partners
  • Share takeaways and collaborate with a team of fellow media buyers
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, brand-facing associates, sales professionals, and finance groups
  • Test ad copy, landing pages, and anything else that might impact the customer journey
  • Forecast new volume opportunities
  • Supervise the competitive landscape and seek to understand industry trends

What You Need

  • At least two years of experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Google Ads Search Certification
  • An eye for detail and a mind for analytics
  • Balance of technical and interpersonal skills
  • An eagerness to learn and explore in a constantly evolving field

Benefits

In addition to the competitive pay and a healthy work/life integration, Clearlink offers industry-leading benefits to support you both inside and outside of the workplace. Some of the benefits include:

  • An award-winning wellness program with a path to have 100% of healthcare premiums paid in full (over 80% of employees have 90%-100% of their premiums covered by Clearlink)
  • 401K matching, tuition reimbursement, dedicated budget for conferences and certifications training/certification opportunities
  • Annual Trip of a Lifetime winners from each department that get to choose anywhere in the world to visit, and everyone in the larger group of finalists get a consolation prize of a week in a tropical paradise like Hawaii, Jamaica, or Mexico
  • Paid maternity/paternity leave
