Who We’re Looking For – Product Owner

Product Owners are responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by a software team in order to ensure outstanding features and functionality of the product.

We are seeking a Product Owner to work with our dream team environment to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products!

What You’ll Do

  • Providing vision and direction to the development team and partners throughout the project and build requirements
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Work closely with Product Management to build and maintain a product backlog according to business value or return on investment
  • Own the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry
  • Keep abreast with best practices and new trends
  • Ensure product initiatives are in alignment with company objectives

What You Need

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Creative problem solver with a vision
  • Ability to expertly facilitate a brand partner or internal management
  • Able to find solutions and communicate them well both Verbally and in Written form
  • Diagramming software skills (LucidChart)
  • Some technical knowledge and Basic understanding of software development life cycle
  • Handle stress/Emotional intelligence
  • Familiar with project tracking software (Jira)
  • Positive attitude
  • Follow through
