Who We’re Looking for - Programmatic Specialist

As a Programmatic Specialist, you’ll own programmatic execution and optimization for a range of agency and performance clients. Your efforts will build brand awareness, and drive online and offline conversions. In this role, you’ll handle media planning and ad trafficking; the campaigns you implement will align with our cross-channel client marketing efforts. You’ll build and maintain relationships with relevant marketing partners, brand partners, clients, and industry experts to ensure the programmatic channel stays at the forefront of innovation.

This position reports to the Paid Media Manager and works closely with both account management and the brands.

We are looking for a results-focused detail- and data-inspired individual, who is able to solve problems creatively and analytically. We're looking for someone to own, execute and optimize programmatic display/video/mobile advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute, manage and optimize programmatic campaigns while meeting or surpassing client, agency, and industry performance expectations
  • Management of a budget and responsibility for campaign performance and ROI.
  • Forecasting and planning for programmatic campaigns
  • Collaborate on creation of ads and continually test ads, landing pages and customer experience to improve campaign performance.
  • Research new industry developments and source new tools and opportunities to enhance capabilities for the programmatic channel.
  • Continually expand knowledge of the programmatic industry and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Understand the specific metrics and profitability of the landing pages and brand.
  • Prepare and pitch opportunities directly to our brand team or client.

What You Need:

  • 3+ years programmatic experience
  • Experience with campaign bid strategies and real-time bidding (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
  • Expert-level knowledge of programmatic advertising and standard methodologies
  • Extensive experience working in and vetting Demand Side Platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Great communication EQ when meeting with brand partners and internal leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and ability to shift priorities when necessary
  • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and eagerness take on additional responsibility
    • Bonus Qualifications:
      • Experience developing pixel and tag placing strategy as well as troubleshooting and QA.
      • Design or copywriting experience
