Who We’re Looking For – Video Producer

Clearlink is looking for a Video Producer to work within our in-house marketing video team and produce weekly videos for one of our most important brands. Projects include all aspects of pre-production and post-production for videos on websites, YouTube channels and other social media platforms, and occasionally TV commercials. You’re expected to wear many hats and flex with the needs of the day. This position goes beyond shooting and editing and requires a strategic thinker who is able to imagine how video can play a role in content marketing to increase online engagement and support social channels.

What You’ll Do

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in all aspects of video production, from coordinating shoots, to setting up studio or on-location shoots (including lighting, audio and camera setups) to filming, editing and working with motion graphics. Video professionals that are highly proficient and have a keen sense for design for motion graphics is a huge plus.

Working with a video channel manager the Video Producer must have advanced creative and technical expertise, an ability to create emotionally-engaging storytelling and communications across a wide variety of media, and exceptional communication and project management skills.

This contributor must be comfortable working with multiple brands and team members. We want someone who is passionate about video production and enjoys learning new techniques and can adapt to the ever-changing digital video landscape.

What You Need

  • Minimum experience 2+ years producing and editing for video. MUST SEND DEMO REEL TO BE CONSIDERED.
  • Strong knowledge of filming, editing, (including audio recording, sound mixing, lighting and studio setups, best video formats and composition)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and motion graphic templates is a plus
  • Ability to animate videos that are motion graphics only is a huge plus
  • Ability to incorporate b-roll, graphics, special effects, music, and voiceover to videos
  • Expected to work within brand guidelines
  • Ability to juggle numerous projects with competing deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.
  • Passion for making compelling videos
  • The ability to take/provide constructive and positive feedback
  • Develop project timelines and meet deadlines
  • Strong portfolio showing video work
  • Scriptwriting ability a plus


  • Participates in kick off meetings, brainstorm sessions, and script reviews with video host.
  • Collaborates with others in a team environment to complete complex projects.
  • Plans, coordinates, and completes a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Creates and updates jobs in team project-management tools


  • Adobe Creative Suite; Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Basic Illustration and graphic skills
