Job Responsibilities

    • Support a positive team culture by helping administer company perks (swag and gifts), employee recognition (anniversaries and birthdays), and ordering computer and work from home equipment for new hires and other employees
    • Lead out on the coordination of quarterly on-sites for local and remote employees (ie. team scheduling and travel arrangements)
    • Ensure efficient and effective support of business operations by providing general office support, reception coverage and facilities management/maintenance functions
    • Oversee organization of equipment, office supplies and Information Technology for the office, especially Video Conferencing and Audio Visual systems
    • Arrange weekly catering needs, kitchen (food) inventory, and organize company events as needed
    • Ability to adapt, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a poised and professional demeanor 
    • Super proactive about projects + work to do

    • A team player—makes an effort to communicate, close the circles and share the details, build relationships across teams, and make lasting impressions with external companies 
    • Ability to keep private information confidential, be proactive about order and cleanliness in the office, and flexible when changes come up


    • A positive, can-do attitude, capable of determining when to have fun (or as we call it “keeping it weird”) and when to reinforce a needed process. Friendly and outgoing personality
    • Superior organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills for a fast-paced environment -  essentially being able to handle a lot at once! 
    • A strong focus on detail and accuracy with the ability to take full ownership of assigned work
    • Experience in a broad range of office administrative functions, including event planning
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
    • Well-developed organizational ability and time-management skills
    • Demonstrated project management and solid problem-solving skills
    • Working knowledge of software systems such as G Suite, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, DocuSign

Work Environment

    • Fast moving, dynamic startup with an open office concept

    • Some travel within local areas for errands/other needs
    • Moderate physical activity performing somewhat sedentary daily activities
