As the Marketing & Public Relations Intern, this position will support the work of the Marketing & Communications Manager in fundraising, media relations, design, public relations, and event promotion. As part of the Development team at YWCA Utah, this position will get hands on experience in supporting a fundraising team’s marketing needs to help steward funds for the organization to support our mission-critical programs like domestic violence services, women’s leadership programming, and race equity initiatives. This position is an academic year internship (August 2021 – April 2022). The ideal candidate should be passionate about the mission of the YWCA and eager to learn more about non-profit marketing, particularly in the fields of gender equity, race equity, and social justice.
